O acto foi parte do programa do Concello de Santiago para lembrala<strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nota biogr\u00e1fica:<br><\/strong>Arturo Reguera (Lugo, 1945) Licenciado em C. Econ\u00f3micas pola Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, foi chefe de Reda\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp; da&nbsp;<em>Gran Enciclopedia Gallega<\/em>, director da&nbsp;<em>Editorial S\u00e1lvora<\/em>, onde preparou entre outras cousas a edi\u00e7\u00e3o da&nbsp;<em>Poes\u00eda Galega Completa<\/em>&nbsp;de Celso Emilio Ferreiro (1983). Dirigiu a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Atlas de Galicia (Ediciones NOS, Coru\u00f1a 1982) e foi professor de Inform\u00e1tica no Instituto San Clemente de Santiago de Compostela at\u00e9 a reforma (1984-2011). Participou na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da primeira digress\u00e3o de Jos\u00e9 Afonso pela Galiza (Ourense, Lugo e Santiago, 1972). Entre outras actividades, participou na grande homenagem \u201cEnquanto h\u00e1 for\u00e7a\u201d (Galiza, 1987) e na campanha \u201cUnha r\u00faa para Jos\u00e9 Afonso\u201d, juntamente com Benedicto e Xan Guiti\u00e1n. Tamb\u00e9n participou, aquando da doen\u00e7a de Jos\u00e9 Afonso, na angaria\u00e7\u00e3o de fundos na Galiza para as grandes despesas que a situa\u00e7\u00e3o comportava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Publica\u00e7\u00f5es:<br><\/strong><em>Manjares quijotescos: \u201cduelos y quebrantos\u201d y \u201cpan mal conocido\/cocido\u201d.<\/em>&nbsp;In&nbsp;<em>Polos vieiros das palavras \u2013 Homenagem a Modesto Hermida<\/em>&nbsp;(Ed.
