A peti\u00e7\u00e3o foi j\u00e1 assinada por mais de 12.000 pessoas e ser\u00e1 discutida no plen\u00e1rio da Assembleia da Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>O documento pede ao Governo que:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u2022 Reconhe\u00e7a o Estado da Palestina, juntando-se aos 149 pa\u00edses com assento nas Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas que j\u00e1 o fizeram, designadamente Angola, Brasil, Cabo Verde, Eslov\u00e9nia, Espanha, Guin\u00e9-Bissau, Noruega, Irlanda, Isl\u00e2ndia, Mo\u00e7ambique, Su\u00e9cia e Timor-Leste;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u2022 Se comprometa com as delibera\u00e7\u00f5es do Tribunal Penal Internacional, nomeadamente apoiando o cumprimento de mandados de captura contra Benjamin Netanyahu, primeiro-ministro de Israel e Yoav Gallant, ex-Ministro da Defesa de Israel;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u2022 Impossibilite o tr\u00e2nsito e o transbordo de material militar destinado a Israel em territ\u00f3rio portugu\u00eas ou \u00e1guas territoriais portuguesas e adote as pol\u00edticas necess\u00e1rias para garantir que entidades jur\u00eddicas privadas registadas na jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o portuguesa cessem a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os utilizados por Israel nas suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es militares em Gaza;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u2022 Defenda a ado\u00e7\u00e3o destas medidas e posi\u00e7\u00f5es junto de outros pa\u00edses, nomeadamente pa\u00edses europeus, junto das institui\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais relevantes e, em particular, junto da Uni\u00e3o Europeia, apoiando iniciativas conjuntas no mesmo sentido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Fonte David Rodrigues in Facebook<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Doze mil assinaram peti\u00e7\u00e3o Entregue na Assembleia da Rep\u00fablica a Peti\u00e7\u00e3o que &#8211;
