Mulher decidida, solid\u00e1ria, de m\u00e3os calejadas pela foice. Com o  seu rosto jovem j\u00e1 marcado pelo sol e pela dureza do trabalho das ceifeiras, Catarina n\u00e3o poupou esfor\u00e7os para apoiar a luta dos seus por aumento de sal\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Cantar Alentejano - Catarina Euf\u00e9mia\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AsutB-v9Z7c?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Com 26 anos de idade e 3 filhos para sustentar, Catarina foi assassinada \u00e0 frente das colegas de trabalho no Monte do Olival em Beja a 19 de Maio de 1954 por Carrajola um tenente da GNR, daqueles homens brutos de farda, feitos \u00e0 pressa pelo regime fascista, sem outra coragem que n\u00e3o fosse dar ao gatilho. Que coragem !&#8230;..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u00c9 necess\u00e1rio testemunhar, lembrar tantas mulheres corajosas e n\u00e3o esquecer. Manter viva a chama de quantos passaram pelas pris\u00f5es dos Pides, tantos quantos de l\u00e1 n\u00e3o sairam de p\u00e9.
