Acompanhavam-no sua mulher, Aurora Rodrigues, uma filha de tenra idade, a sogra e o sogro, o anarquista Jos\u00e9 Rodrigues Reboredo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vinha munido de passaporte, passado pelo Consulado de Toulouse e regressava ao pa\u00eds a seu pedido, depois de ter estado impedido nos Campos de Internamento de Arg\u00e9l\u00e8s-sur-Mer, Saint Cyprien e Gurs, no Sudoeste de Fran\u00e7a (1939-1940).
